For the crust
  • 24 cookies Oreo cookies Crushed for the base
  • 1/2 cup Butter Melted
For the filling
  • 16 oz Cream cheese Softened; full-fat for best texture
  • 12 cookies Oreo cookies Crushed for the filling
  • 1 cup Whipped cream For topping

Method
 

Preparation of the crust
  1. Crush the Oreo cookies for the base and mix them with melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of cheesecake molds.
Preparation of the filling
  1. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with crushed Oreo cookies until smooth.
  2. Work gently to keep a few cookie pieces for texture.
Assembly
  1. Spoon the Oreo cheesecake filling over the base and smooth the top.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
Serving
  1. Before serving, top with whipped cream and cookie crumbles.

Notes

For storage, place individual cheesecakes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. For freezing, wrap tightly and store for up to one month. Let thaw in the fridge before serving.
