Preparation
- Gently dip each Pavesino in the coffee. Don’t soak them too long.
- Place the dipped cookies in muffin liners for easy cleanup.
- Spoon the Greek yogurt into the lined cups and sprinkle a few chocolate chips on top.
- Add another layer of dipped Pavesini on top of the yogurt.
- Let them chill in the freezer for 15 minutes or in the fridge for half an hour.
- Unmold the dessert, gently removing the plastic wrap. Dust cocoa powder on top and add more chocolate chips for decoration.
Notes
These tortini can stay in the fridge for up to three days. Cover them well to keep them fresh. If reheating, do so gently to maintain yogurt's coolness.
