Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Use softened cream cheese for easier mixing.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream Whip until stiff peaks form.
Peach Filling
  • 1 cup peach filling Can use fresh peaches or canned.
Assembly
  • Graham cracker crumbs Graham cracker crumbs For the base layer.
  • Ice cream cones Ice cream cones Use your favorite type.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
Assembling the Cones
  1. Take the ice cream cones and fill the bottom with a layer of graham cracker crumbs.
  2. Add a layer of peach filling on top of the crumbs.
  3. Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the cone until full, and top with additional peach filling.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.

Notes

If using fresh peaches, cook them down with a little butter and cinnamon for a fresher filling. Serve with toppings for customization.
