Assembly
- In serving glasses, layer crushed Mint Oreos and the cream mixture, starting with Oreos and then the cream.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup between the layers.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are full, finishing with the cream mixture on top.
- Top with whipped cream and additional crushed Mint Oreos.
Chilling
- Chill the parfaits in the refrigerator before serving to meld the flavors.
