  • 6 small plastic beach pails Small plastic beach pails For serving.
  • to taste Gummy worms or other candy for decoration Choose your favorite candies.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk until smooth. Refrigerate for about 5 minutes until it thickens.
  2. In small plastic beach pails, layer the pudding mixture with crushed graham crackers to create a 'sand' effect. Start with a thin layer of crumbs, then a dollop of pudding, and repeat.
  3. Top with chocolate sand and add gummy worms for decoration. Sprinkle the chocolate crumbs to look like darker sand or pebbles, then tuck gummy worms into the top so they peek out.
Serving
  1. Serve chilled and enjoy at your beach-themed party! Chill for at least 10 minutes for best texture, though they are lovely right away.

Notes

These cups can be prepared a day in advance. Store covered in the refrigerator. If pudding appears thin after refrigeration, a gentle whisk will help. Do not freeze the pudding cups.
