Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the organic salted butter and organic Florida cane sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the organic brown eggs one at a time, then stir in the organic vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, combine the organic all-purpose flour, baking soda, and Himalayan pink salt.
  5. Gradually add this dry mixture to the creamed mixture, mixing just until combined.
  6. Fold in the semi-sweet mini chocolate chips and peanut butter M&M's.
Baking
  1. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto ungreased baking sheets, leaving space between each scoop.
  2. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  3. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container. To reheat, place in the oven at 350°F for a few minutes.
