- Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pipe small strips of dough into the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
- Lightly spray with oil and air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
Coating
- In a bowl, mix together 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon.
- Once churro bites are cooked, toss them in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

These churro bites are best served fresh but can be stored at room temperature in an airtight container for up to two days. Reheat in the air fryer or oven for best texture.
