Ingredients
  

Fresh Fruits
  • 1 medium apple Cut into chunks.
  • 1 cup blueberries Fresh.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice To enhance flavor.
  • 1 cup grapes Slice in half optionally.
  • 1 cup strawberries Cut into chunks.
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks Drain if canned.
Creamy Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup marshmallows Optional, for extra sweetness.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and thoroughly dry all of the whole fruit.
  2. Drain the can of pineapple if using canned fruit.
  3. Cut the apples and strawberries into bite-sized chunks.
  4. Slice the grapes in half if desired.
  5. Add all ingredients to a large glass bowl.
  6. Mix gently until all of the fruit is fully coated in yogurt.
  7. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for about three hours.
  8. Serve chilled.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Best eaten within three days. If there are leftovers, stir gently before serving.
