Preparation
- Slice the bananas into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.

- Lay the banana slices in a single layer in the basket.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the banana slices.
Cooking
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Let the chips cool slightly before serving.
Notes
If leftover banana chips, store in an airtight container at room temperature for a day or two. For longer storage, refrigerate and re-crisp in air fryer before serving. Use a mandoline slicer for even slices, and consider adding different spices for flavor variations.
