Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 8 ounces peach gummy rings
  • 2.5 tablespoons Tajín classic or low sodium Tajín Divided into 1 1/2 tablespoons and 1 tablespoon
  • 3-4 tablespoons liquid chamoy Such as Tajín chamoy or Miguelito

Method

Preparation
  1. Measure 8 ounces of peach ring gummies and add them to a large glass or ceramic bowl.
  2. Pour 1 1/2 tablespoons of Tajín over the top of the gummy rings.
  3. Add 3-4 tablespoons of liquid chamoy to the bowl. Put on disposable gloves and mix thoroughly, ensuring each gummy is coated evenly.
  4. Massage the gummies gently to help the chamoy and Tajín cover them entirely.
  5. Turn the coated gummies out onto a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining 1 tablespoon of Tajín evenly over the top.
  7. Allow the gummies to dry for at least 2 hours or overnight to ensure they aren’t too sticky to handle.
Serving
  1. Once your Chamoy Peach Rings have dried, serve them family-style at the table.
  2. Pair with a fresh fruit salad or homemade salsa for added freshness.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to a week. They can be refrigerated, but the texture may change slightly. Let them sit at room temperature before eating.
