Preparation
  1. Slice the bananas into round disks about 1/2 inch thick for the perfect bite size.
  2. Arrange the banana slices on a clean surface like a cutting board or plate.
  3. Spread a little peanut butter on each banana slice for a creamy touch.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or using a double boiler, stirring in between until smooth.
Coating
  1. Dip each peanut butter-covered banana slice into the melted chocolate, ensuring they’re well-coated.
  2. Place the dipped slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired to elevate the flavor.
Freezing
  1. Freeze the banana bites for at least 30 minutes until the chocolate has hardened.
  2. Serve and enjoy as a delightful snack or dessert.

Notes

Store the treats in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze the individual pieces and let them sit at room temperature for a couple of minutes before enjoying.
